Josh showed great initiative in sourcing himself an internship for the summer and from our first conversation until the time he left us he proved to be resourceful, forward thinking and diligent.

In his short time with us Josh not only managed to pick up key skills in a number of languages but also showed great aptitude in reading and understanding a code base for an industry in which he has no prior experience.
